The hotel room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a great size and comfortable furnishings. Being above the bar meant we could enjoy the lively music until 11 pm. The service was top-notch, with warm and welcoming staff, though they were a bit stretched at times. The location was superb, right on the cliff top with easy access to the beach and stunning sea views. The dining experience had its flaws, such as minor mistakes in orders and limited breakfast options. The facilities were generally good, but improvements could be made.

The hotel is located perfectly with spacious rooms, good ventilation, a huge balcony with partial sea views, and easy access to the beach and the Shanklin lift. The facilities were of good standard, and the entertainment room and dance floor were a nice touch. The only downside was that the lift to floors wasn't functioning during our stay.

The room was great with a balcony looking out to the sea. No faults were found, and the food was also good. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and have huge balconies. The proximity to the beach and the Shanklin lift was convenient.

The staff were all very nice and nothing was too much trouble. They were highly recommendable and paid attention to detail, making the stay enjoyable.
