Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a great size and comfortable furnishings. Being above the bar meant we could enjoy the lively music until 11 pm. The service was top-notch, with warm and welcoming staff, though they were a bit stretched at times. The location was superb, right on the cliff top with easy access to the beach and stunning sea views. The dining experience had its flaws, such as minor mistakes in orders and limited breakfast options. The facilities were generally good, but improvements could be made.
The hotel is located perfectly with spacious rooms, good ventilation, a huge balcony with partial sea views, and easy access to the beach and the Shanklin lift. The facilities were of good standard, and the entertainment room and dance floor were a nice touch. The only downside was that the lift to floors wasn't functioning during our stay.
The hotel rooms were clean but a little dated. While the noise from the hall was noticeable, facing the car park made it quite noisy due to lack of double glazing. The room could get hot, and a fan would have been a nice addition, especially for longer stays.
